各位前辈大家好
小弟日前在The Economist 上看到一篇讨论US Patent Reform的文章

关於内文有几点不太清楚的地方还请前辈帮忙解惑^^
在第四段他提到
Its bill would give the patent office the right to set its own fees, and keep
all the proceeds (the Treasury swipes some of these now), so it can hire
enough examiners to cut its backlog.
请问文中set its own fees, keep the proceeds, cut its backlog
各是指什麽意思或他的背景来源??

1F：推 l3x18999:基本上应该是指要自订价目表并且不再将赚的钱分给其他部 03/29 10:18
2F：→ l3x18999:门, 所以就可以减少backlog....FAOM就不用等个三五年才出 03/29 10:19
