According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, Hornets F David West (elbow) was
able to pracitce with his team on Thursday for the first time since being
injured in November. A decision will be made on his return some time next
week.

Elbow - I-L. Out until at least mid-January

Fantasy Analysis
West is available in 49 percent of CBS SportsLine leagues at this time. Now
is the time to pick him up as we suspect he'll be back in action by late next
week or early the following week. When healthy, he's able to contribute
excellent scoring and rebounding numbers that make him a solid No. 2 forward
in any Fantasy format.
