大家好
我有一个问题想请教大家
就是我写信给国外教授後
我的信件内容是说我要去当visiting student
他回信给我：
部份内容如下
I am not clear if you would intend to enroll
as a formal student, visitor, etc. I have
also checked the minimum levels of support needed
for foreign students and your award does not provide
sufficient support.
他是很愿意让我加入，只是他觉得国科会提供的补助不够
我在想她是不是以为我要当正式学生呢？（要缴注册费的）
还是他们的visiting student也要注册？
