标题[问题] 有人投稿过这家期刊吗？(生医领域)

想请问版上的大大们
有人有投过The American Journal of Chinese Medicine (AJCM)这篇期刊吗？
正常投稿期刊都是先去申请帐号，登入投稿者相关资讯後，
在从For Authors这边的Online Submission上传要投稿的论文，
但是AJCM很奇怪的是在For Authors找不到Online Submission这个选项，

(a)Manuscripts should be typewritten, double spaced, on heavy duty,
white bond paper with wide margins. The original and two xeroxed copies of
the manuscript, typed preferably with fonts of, or similar to,
Times New Roman including three sets of figures and tables should
be sent to the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Chun-Su Yuan,
Tang Center for Herbal Medicine Research, Pritzker School of Medicine,
The University of Chicago, 5841 S. Maryland Avenue,
MC 4028, Chicago, IL 60637, USA. Each manuscript will be
acknowledged upon receipt and sent out for review.
The authors will be notified concerning the reviewer's recommendation.
看起来似乎要用纸本寄送到他写的地址，
觉得很奇怪的就是…..现在资讯发达，还有人在用纸本寄送方式投稿期刊吗？
想请问版上有人有投过这间期刊吗？
是否这间期刊的投稿方式真的需要用纸本寄送？
