标题[问题] 水波槽实验(水深波长以及波速的关系)

在高中物理有提到 水波槽的实验中 深水区的水波波长较长，波速较快，
浅水区是波长短，波速慢，频率则是都相同。
想请问有人有比较直观的解释方法吗 ? 为什麽深水区的波速比浅水区快 ?
如果不要从数学的角度切入 怎麽想比较好想
