请问什麽是transition dipole moment?
我看维基的介绍
他的长相很像是古典的dipole moment
可是又好像不一样?
维基有一句话
"The transition dipole moment is useful for determining if
transitions are allowed under the electric dipole interaction."
看不懂 ="=
