其实是施敏课本里的一段话,感觉很矛盾
lose it to phonons by emitting more phonons than are absorbed. At moderately
high fields, the most frequent scattering events involve in the emission of
acoustic phonons.
Thus, the carriers on average acquire more energy than they have at
thermal equilibrium.
他说:在较小电场时,电子从电场获得能量,
但是因为"放出的声子">"吸收的声子",因而失去能量
所以达到平衡
在较高的电场时,因为较频繁的scattering,放出声子
所以电子获得的能量,会比原来的多??
有人可以帮我解惑一下吗?
