【出处：半导体老师给的题目 【题目】Mobility(u) is define as:Vd=uE, where Vd is drift velocity and E is electric field. prove that u has the same unit as q(Tau)/m* (我不晓得Tau要怎麽在这打), where q is electronic charge,(Tau)is mean free time, and m* is effective mass 【瓶颈】老师只给了答案u单位是cm^2/V*s，这边的话我用Vd=uE能算出来 但用q(Tau)/m*就无法 q单位是C，Tau是s，m*是g，这样算出来是(C*s)/g 实在不知道是哪里错了，查了wiki单位应该没错 --
