标题[情报] PIRATES SIGN P CHULK TO MINOR LEAGUE DEAL

Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - The Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday signed
veteran reliever Vinnie Chulk to a minor league contract with an invitation
to spring training.
The 30-year-old right-hander appeared in eight games for Cleveland in 2009
and went 0-1 with a 3.75 earned run average in 12 innings pitched. He also
had 18 relief outings with Triple-A Columbus and went 1-0 with a 2.08 ERA in
21 2/3 innings of work.
In 252 career big league appearances, Chulk is 7-15 with a pair of saves and
a 4.33 ERA with Toronto, San Francisco and the Indians.
