关於海盗在台湾的球探(阿猴?)以及阳耀勳、王维中、张进德、廖任磊
几点：
*目前只有10到11队有全职球探在台湾
*海盗球探经授权後可以直接谈合约
*很早就追踪杨，就算上不了大联盟，也能因他的名气提升海盗在台名声
*视王有成为中段轮值的天分，TJ的复健帮助很大
*去年没有配翻译给张，捕手的防守技巧进步外，指挥投手和比赛也在累积经验
*廖还在等签证，他们喜欢他的投球感觉，还有需要调整的地方，以及体重
