The research assistant will help the researchers interview war veterans by providing simultaneous translation from Chinese into English, and will also assist with organizational aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will be a graduate student fluent in English and will have experience working as an interpreter. Interest in history is preferred but not required. The research assistant will be compensated at the rate of TWD2,000/day.
