标 题侦测新档案写入os？？

一个程式，有写入os一个新档案，接着呼叫另一支程式，另一支程式 读到
档案後，马上delete，请问：
1、系统硬碟那麽大，我怎麽知道他写入哪个目录？
2、而且档案存在的时间那麽短，马上被delete掉，有什麽办法在win xp
下读到这档案
