你那是哪一版本的蚂蚁书？
太旧的就不要看了，去找新一点的书来看，起码要2000年以後出的
至於你後面一篇的问题，请加上using namespace std;在#include<...>後面
例如
#include <iostream>
#include <iomanip>
#include <......
using namespace std;
int main(void)
{
...
return 0;
}
把这个基本skeleton背起来，不然还没开始写程式就被烦死了。
