作者quota (怎样转移档案？)

标题[请益] 由trubo c转移到dev c++後产生的问题

请教一下，下面的程式，是用Turbo C写的
可是，当我转移到Dev C++上面开发时，出现了
[Linker error] undefined reference to `delay'
[Linker error] undefined reference to `randomize'
[Linker error] undefined reference to `random'
[Linker error] undefined reference to `gotoxy'
[Linker error] undefined reference to `clrscr'
我想应该是编译的参考档 .h的差异造成的吧？！
现在想问几个问题：
1.如何在dev c++内编译这个c语言程式？或者要作哪些修改？
2.假如dev c++内不能编译，请问windows环境内还有哪一套免费的c语言编译软体可以编译呢？
