这颗药让我十分困扰 我已服用一年多 我分不清楚我现在许多状态是因为本身的生病还是药物所造成 因此停药了一两个月 现在又开始吃 我觉得昏睡 想要一直吃 一直感觉饿 头痛 全身都不舒服 我问过很多医生 大家几乎都说这颗药很好 这在台湾算是新药 而且很贵 所以一般大医院都会管制医生开这颗药的数量 所以比起其他药 使用这颗药治疗的病人较少 医生告诉我治疗精神分裂目前常用的有9到11种药物 这颗药是药效最轻的 适合稳定期使用 此药又叫做aripiprazole 以下是我在外国网站找到的资料 People with schizophrenia may experience 'positive symptoms' (such as hallucinations, delusions and hostility) and/or 'negative symptoms' (such as lack of emotion and social isolation). The positive symptoms are thought to be due to overactivity of dopamine in certain areas of the brain. Aripiprazole blocks the dopamine receptors in these areas and so prevents the overactivity. This helps control the positive symptoms of the disease. The negative symptoms, as well as cognitive symptoms such as memory loss and poor attention, are considered to be due to underactivity of dopamine in other areas of the brain. In these areas, aripiprazole stimulates the dopamine receptors. This mimics the activity of dopamine in these areas of the brain and so improves their activity.
