标题[问题] 寄信之後，信箱出现乱码

请问
我在寄信之後，除了我勾选保留寄件备份之外
另外又出现一封标题是"Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"
然後内容是下面这样子的乱码(我附在文章最後) 在乱码之後，则是原本我打的信件内容
请问这是怎麽回事呢@@?
是不是系统出问题..我该如何解决呢

PS.有时候我按F转寄文章到PTT信箱也会出现这样的情况
