标题[问题] 更改板标失败导致锁嘘文

如题
近期发现，如果更改板标失败
（可能输入字数过长，导致更改失败）
好像会影响到系统设定
（嘘文功能会自动关闭）
变成只能推文
再麻烦站方确认
