标题[抗告] harassment of EgyptCat

处分事由 ：本案中，被检举人 nuno0802 对检举人 Egyptcat 以水球所发送之
「fuck off」文字，依社会之通念可认定其属谩骂他人之用语，符合毁谤、侮辱
、谩骂他人要件。若检举人不欲再收到被检举人此类水球，请将其设入坏人名单
不服理由 ：
I am really busy, and apparently not in a good mood when this guy,
EgyptCat, invited me to chess. The phrase "fuck off" means "back off",
"go away." It's just a damn expression and nothing more. I got to admit
the phrase is a little inappropriate. However, I dont see any insult
or slanter caused in any way. Here, I would like to appeal, and I
sincerely recommend you to reconsider on this case.
Moreover, I believe EgyptCat also sent "怕输就说" to me. Isnt this
some kind of harassment?
