标 题[建议] 排除特定作者

现在可以利用关键字搜寻加上 ! 的方式排除特定关键字
例如说我可能想要找标题里有 go 的文章但是不要有 good 标题的文章
就可以利用 ! 来排除。
想建议的是
在找作者时一样可能想要找 go 但是不是要找 good
有没有办法利用类似的技术做到排除呢？
