标题重新下载anaconda 套件跑不出来

各位大大好，
目前是python新手，
在不小心在Jupyter 中安装bert 时加入了pip tensorflow 後，
在跑所有程式时出现error:root:internal python error in the inspect module. belo
w is the traceback from this internal error.
於是按照网路上的步骤将anaconda按右键卸载後重新下载，
但跑原本可以跑的程式後，有些套件像是jieba 等等就不见了！！
请教各位大大这样的情况该如何处理呢？
