As for your concern with the stadium: you can't really calculate it that way. With a high enough attendance the extra percentage will give you more income than the extra wage of the staff member, thus making it profitable. With a low attendance it will not be worth it. A level 10 staff member on a level 1 stadium will cost you money. All the staff bonuses are aimed to be slower improvements than actually upgrading a facility. Upgrading your training center to level 7 for example will give a much bigger bonus than appointing a staff member to it. That doesn't mean it's unreasonable to appoint staff before getting to level 10, but you do have to consider whether it's worth it and where to get the best return. - 职员的效果是每个设施的两项都生效的，而不是二选一。 - 所有职员的效果都会比设施升级低，举例来说，把训练中心升上7，会比指派10级 职员去6级训练中心的效果更好。 - 可以考量职员及别和设施级别的相互关系做配置。 --
