In the long run, talent will be more important than the initial skills and staff talent is not related to player talent. If I were to guess then I think selling your supertalent and buying mediocre 30-year olds for the money you earned might give you a better result than converting the supertalent to staff, but it's hard to say. 可能一开始(就是过几天开始的夏转)会造成大量30岁的球员的需求。 狗熊猜测，卖掉你的金天赋(老头)换钱买一些30岁平庸的球员， 会提升最终得到更好的职员的机会。不过这真的很难说，运气运气。 --
