This uniqueness : makes Space Marine a #9 unique race in our list. 其实星际战士的架构有多次的改动... 早期的星际战士的是单纯的太空海军陆战队, 後来因为奇幻版的 laserburn 和受 warhammer fantasy 影响, 变成太空版的骑士, 後来八十年代异形受欢 迎了, 就慢慢有感情投射变成了打异形的重甲陆战队, 并出现所谓的终极星 际战士 terminator. 到了再後期一点有 Epic 的出现, 强调大规模的战争, 就出现了巨型机械人 泰坦和战团的概念. 而战团的概念就比较像罗马帝国, 包括战旗, 徵号都是 模仿罗马帝国的. 因此可以这样说, 早期的 Space Marine 是罗马军团, 在帝皇变了植物人之 後就渐渐变成十字军. 在最近的设定中比较像武僧, 用日本来比较的话, 与 其说像武士不如说像佛教僧兵. 西方人自少读的 tale, 对骑士的概念比较多在於 questing, 比方说杀杀一 些野生动物, 救女人之类. 所以联想不到. : #8: Orc (Warcraft universe) 魔兽的兽人 : Roc Tarr! Kain's leadership shines this : race foward, and unique units also makes this race a fine race indeed. While : GDI proclaims to use weapons in order to protect, NOD uses weapons and : technologies to murder and 'purify' oppositions.
