标题[问题] ptt的常用语找不到下载的地方

这个网址内要抓ptt常用语时变成 404 not found了
http://wubi.sogou.com/dict/cell.php?id=9182 到这边抓txt档就是上面的抓档的连结

当然也是404 not found
请问还有哪边可以抓？
