The big thing for Woods is trying to find a way to maintain : his consistency for an entire season. He started last season on fire, but : fizzled out by the end of the year. Woods didn't put on any weight in the : offseason (or so it would seem), but he notched a double-double in the game : at Brock (13 points, 10 rebounds). Don't get : too excited about a scrimmage against his teammates, but take note of the : fact that he played on the same team as Pack and Brown, and saw the most : minutes (Brown-19, Pack-16, Williams-31). Corey told me that at Camp on : Thursday, he led a team comprised of himself, Villanueva, Graham, Araujo, : and Bryant Matthews to four victories (and a 4-1 record overall) over some : of the more veteran players on the Raps. "I just came here to try and play : good basketball - and I feel that I've done that," he said. "At the end : of the day, if I didn't make this team today - and they didn't pick : me, I'd be happy with what I've shown them." "Coming : from Oklahoma State, I can bring a lot of intensity on defence," he said. : "I think that's one of the reasons why this organization brought me in. : I work hard and I can come in and give a lot of effort on defense and I : think that's one of the things that this team needed a lot of help (with) : last year." But don't be fooled. This guy can do more than play D and : he proved that on Saturday during the intra squad game. Graham led all : scorers with 22 points (9/16 FG) - stuffing down a few nasty jams and : getting cutting to the bucket as well. He also displayed a solid stroke : from about 18-20 feet.
