Andrea Bargnani, general manager Bryan Colangelo confirmed. Bargnani has
been sidelined since Dec. 12 with a right elbow injury....

Dwane Casey has received a $25,000 fine by the NBA for public criticism of
the officials. Casey made his comments in the postgame press conference
following the Raptors' 93-92 loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Jan. 30 at
Philips Arena.
