标题[问题] 绝冬城之夜安装问题

我是中文版的
在安装installation1跟2的时候都很正常
但是在安装play disc的时候就发生错误
错误讯息如下:
installation has halted while copying the play disc. After setup has closed
down, plz go to E:\\ and clean out any remaining files that were not deleted
不了解哪些是所谓的remaining files
真苦恼 有人可以解救一下吗?
