Just remember the crusades, the burning of witches, the conspiracies from the Vatican etc. Other religions do not have this special attitude like "you have to be a member of our religion" - they are more tolerant - even if some western christianized countries got the attitude (after a long time). I can imagine that the hate against Islam will grow in the future, because it's extreme "representatives" (I mean the fundamentalists) do behave crazy... Black Metal is not just against Christianity, but like manticore wrote before basically against it. Meads of Asphodel (although I don't listen to the band) for example insults every god(des) they know...
