Carney The Rockets hope to use their pick to add an athletic shooting guard.
Brandon Roy is definitely their main target, and they are making an effort to
move up for him. Whether or not he'll be available or if Atlanta is willing
to make a deal is the big question. If Roy is unattainable, option two is
Rodney Carney who gives them a world class athlete but a less basketball
savvy option than Roy. Carney can float at times, but proved himself in
clutch situations shooting the ball as a senior.
