Question I Kirksey v. Kirysey (case部分老师有附一些简单事实) Based on the fact depicted, supposed this case is going to be tried under these days, please answer the following questions. 1. What's the meaning of consideration of a contract? How are you going to contend for the plaintiff that there is a valid contract against the defendant for damages? 2. What's the meaning of promissory estoppel? How are you going to clain the promissory estoppel against defendant? And what is the scope of damages under the promissory estoppel in this case. Question II Batsakis v. Demotsis (一样有附上简单事实) Based on the fact above-mentioned, supposed the case is retried how are you going to defend for Ms.Demotsis under the argument of unconscionability? 考试时间10:30（平常上课约10:45开始）-12:00 顺便提一下 老师平常上课满仔细的，考试的都有讲过也讲得不快，到考前约上十个case 没考好好像只能怪自己......希望有好运...... 然後这是老师考前所谓「考case的部分」期末考貌似不是这样 上课压力不会很大，只是老师平常满冷面的 另外老师写板书可以双手开弓超酷的！ ps.那个怎麽都没人依照标题格式啊...... --
