Combining these two allows a Horatio player to rapidly develop a newly conquered system, then use its significant influence as an area-denial tool. While this will work against AI, care should be taken when facing human opponents or aggressive AI, as they are likely to simply declare war and eliminate the irritation. In combat, Horatio are strong, though not to the same level as Hissho or Cravers are. Whereas other groups need to rely on luck of the draw for early administrators or late-game Commanders, Horatio can simply clone existing options as required. This has two benefits: One, it allows for precise heroes to be crafted, and two, the cloned hero will retain all traits and experience of the copied hero, allowing for rapidly deployed, powerful heroes. As the game shifts from early game to late, a Horatio player should begin to expel administrators and corporate heroes, in order to field high-level Commanders and Pilots on their fleets. That same technology also allows them to colonize Asteroids for huge FIDS at the cost of approval. Never-the-less, a Pilgrim player should travel as far as quickly as they can, stealing exploration bonuses and systems before other Empires can grab them. Mid-game will bring in some unique System Developments which can keep Pilgrims researching, fighting and exploring just fine. While the Pilgrims are not especially weak in combat, they aren't strong enough to compete with groups like Hissho, Cravers or even United Empire and Horatio, so aggression should be used sparingly. After 3 turns, the system will be emptied of all its structures and population except for planetary exploitations and one pop per planet. A special colony ship will be created carrying them. Upon settlement, the new planet will have all the removed structures and population; if there are more population than capacity, additional planets will be automatically colonized for free within the same system. If there is still insufficient room, the excess population is lost. The Crowded Planets perk seems to be ignored at this step, meaning you can both settle additional planets or lose population by going beyond the uncrowded limits. Originally the bodyguards for the emperors of the United Empire, the Sheredyn Fleet, as it is known, has since grown into a powerful subfaction within the empire. 萨拉丁军团是Endless Space中其中一支可选派系。萨拉丁舰队原本是联合帝国皇帝的禁 卫军，而他们在帝国中已经成为了一只强而有力的集团了。 Background 背景 Origins 起源 The Sheredyn were the first and are arguably the most famous military order within the United Empire, tied to it in the same way the Praetorians were tied to the emperors of Rome. With their members recruited from all services of the Imperial military, the Sheredyn evolved from personal security work into air and sea operations as well. Barons, dukes, and corporations made numerous attempts to create copycat elite units with varying degrees of success. These units have, over the history of the empire, come into direct conflict with the Sheredyn. Economic power followed political power; the Sheredyn had to develop supply, logistics, maintenance, and manufacturing facilities in order to maintain their installations, technology, and troops. When the Empire developed space flight, the Sheredyn necessarily followed along. Arguments can be made in favor of the Sheredyn's actions, however. Zelevas was the CEO of a wide-ranging conglomerate, XenoMine Corp., and widely acknowledged as a genius as well as an inspirational leader. It helped, of course, that the reigning Emperor Willema Szinda had gone from honest and energetic to senile and unbalanced.
