标题[请益] 关於这种状况该怎麽处理?

小弟所任职的公司最近发生人事异动,
就是别的部门的经理 (约50岁左右),
被降职编入我们这个部门,
理论上现在是跟我同职位,
但上头是有意让我管,
可是他之前是带过我的老长官....
让我现在不知道要用什麽态度来面对他,
毕竟还是同等职位,而且是个前辈......
不知板上又没有先进遇过这种状况的?
