Williams averaged 14.9 points, while playing 26.3 minutes per night coming off the bench. He averaged a team-high 4.6 free throw attempts per game. His departure would seem huge if not for the signing of Nick Young. Young is entering his sixth NBA season. He was a member of the Wizards from the start of his career in 2006 until he was traded to the Clippers with 22 games to go last year. The Sixers signed him in mid-July. Holiday played on the Sixers summer league team and played well. They will invite another five or six players to training camp, which begins Oct. 1 and Holiday may be on that list.
