Johnny Ludden of the Express-News reported earlier that Parker is out tonight
due to a left hip flexor strain. Parker is averaging 18.7 points and 5.5
assists on the season. This is the second game this season he has missed.
Parker had eight points and four assists in Friday's victory over Orlando.
