标题[问题] Bayesian Hypothesis Test例题

小弟自学统计 念到这边遇到一点问题:

问题:
这题好奇怪 既然已经知道posterior~N(10,2)
又没有Observation 那何来Hypothesis at å= 0.05呢？
所以我就单纯算出在这posterior下能不能reject Ho.

这我就不知从何下手了!
