1. 自介：a graduate student, TOEIC 900+, speaking English fluently but with occasional errors 2. 对象：someone at a similar level of English proficiency AND someone who can attend on a reqular basis 3. 目标：to enhance the English speaking skill in conversations 4. 原因：for future job oppotunities 5. 地点：via Skype 6. 时间：0800-0840, every Thursday morning 7. 方式： Each member takes turns to host a session, for which a topic should be provided two days earlier (i.e. Tuesday). It should include (1) the material(s) such as a link to a video/audio file or an article and (2) questions for discussion or an outline for what's to be talked about. 8. 范围：Various topics are encouraged. 9. 人数限制：one-on-one session or 3 at most (i.e. me plus 1 or 2 member) 10.解散条件：if no member stays 11.运作规则： (1) The host for the week should provide the topic as previously mentioned and lead the discussion. If possible, give one another feedback at the end of the session. This can be about comments on pronunciation or grammar mistakes or suggestions on English expressions. (2) If someone can't attend that Thursday morning, s/he should notify the other member(s) in advance. Unexcused absence will not be tolerated.
