标题[学校] 请问申请过乌特列支的版友们

我想申请2009秋季班乌特列兹的Human Geography and Planning的program,
其中在英文考试方面乌特列兹接受托福及ielts
但是在下面又补了一句Chinese Student只能看IELTS成绩
所以说台湾学生也只能看IELTS的意思吗？
