标题[学校] 有关UvA-MSc in Accountancy and Control的问题

本来预计申请UvA 2010/2011的MSc in Accountancy and Control program
结果今天收到学校寄的一封信，但是关於信的内容我不太懂他的意思
因为他们认为我的大学学历资格不够，所以我需要念pre-master
我想请问国立大学四年毕业换算成荷兰的学历会有差一年吗?
还是我搞错他的意思，想请问一下有经验的前辈，到底问题是在哪呢?
信件内容如下：
We have received your application for the MSc in Accountancy and Control.
Thank you for your interest in our programme. Unfortunately, the Board
of Admissions has not accepted you in the programme. You do not meet
the general admission requirements for admittance to the MSc.
Your diploma is evaluated as applied science education and you need
three years of academic education to enter a Master of Science at
the University of Amsterdam. You will need to attend a premaster year,
see www.nuffic.nl.
