大家好,打搅了
不知道有没有人对於瑜珈、静坐有兴趣呢?
这篇文章是一位非常年轻的老师写的
写的是一些关於她自己的经历和一些有关於瑜珈静坐的东西
她是一位瑞典人,才来台湾一个月,但是非常有心於推广这样的教育
她不太懂中文所以只能用英文表达

To whom it may concern
Didi Sananda is a yogic nun who has practiced yoga and meditation
for several years. Currently she is working in Taipei where
she is teaching yoga and meditation and doing social service through
helping in a small kinder garden.
Her work is a part of the international service organization
Ananda Marga who is running social projects in over 200 countries
all over the world, such as children homes, kinder gardens,
organic farms, medicinal teams in catastrophe areas etc.
She grew up in Sweden and found her path in the early nineties.
She has just completed a five years training to become
a whole time worker for Ananda Marga,
spent an intensive training in India and are now posted in Taipei
as a full time missionary.

The science of Meditation ( slideshow)
This lecture explains in a scientific way about meditation
and gives you a deep insight in how meditation benefits you
not only spiritually but also physically and mentally.
Meditation is a tool for developing our minds,

that lymph has to our wellbeing? The mind is a mystical phenomenon
which human beings are still endlessly and tirelessly
trying to discover more and more aspects of.

Yoga and stress management
Is stress a must in our lives or can we learn to live without it?
Yoga is a tool for reducing stress and teaches us how to
handle our lives beyond the fight and flight response.
In this lecture the stress that we all know so well is explained,
how it works and why it comes to us, and most important of all,
the tools to how we can overcome stress.
