问题是:你做了什麽让你得到这样（的结果，成果...）
deserve是应得的意思，可用在好的意思也可用在坏的
例如
He deserves this award because he's really a devtoed writer.
He killed a lot of people. He deserved to be punished.
虽然不知道到底是好事还是坏事
但是以选项来看只有 b. 大概是我好运吧 比较符合

figures有很多意思
其中几个是是数量，金额，也有图解，插图的意思
也就是说数量啦金额啦或是图表等出了点错误
toeic很爱用chart图表 和figures数字这两个字
因为这在职场上也常常用到
