Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Hardware Engineer – Mechanical Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing crucial hardware components for advanced robotic systems, with a focus on robotic manipulation and control systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating efficient and precise mechanical solutions for our cutting-edge robotics projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop hardware functions and parts, such as jigs and robotic grippers, to enhance robot manipulation capabilities 2. Create and optimize mechanical designs for robotic control bases and platforms 3. Produce accurate 3D models using OnShape 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware designs with software and electronic systems 5. Conduct prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure designs meet performance and quality standards 6. Continuously improve existing designs to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness 7. Prepare detailed technical documentation and manufacturing instructions 8. Assist in the selection of materials and components for robotic systems Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field 2. Strong communication skills in English 3. Proficiency in at least one kind of 3D CAD software 4. Strong understanding of materials science, mechanical principles, and manufacturing processes 5. Ability to analyze and solve complex mechanical problems 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design. 2. Experience in automation product design and manufacturing 3. Knowledge of FMEA and other quality analysis tools. 4. Experience with full product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production 5. Familiarity with precision mechanical assembly and debugging 6. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations 7. Experience in supply chain management Compensation & Benefits: 1.
