I am not even sure if the price includes tips. Buffet Palace is...blah. I am sure you can get better buffet in taiwan. Rudy's is not bad, but not the most famous bbq joint. Mandola's doesnt have nice consistency, which means if they are busy, your food is gonna be screwed. I've lived in Austin for couple years, here are some suggestions that I think you should try, but you need to level up your budget.
