电影长片处女作「杀手没有假期」（In Bruges）获得奥斯卡金像奖原创剧本提名的同时， Martin McDonagh也给了喜爱他舞台剧作品的观众一个好消息！ 那就是新的剧场作品正在工作中，预计下一季就会推出～ 这个剧本名字叫做A Behanding in Spokane， 共有四个角色，场景设定在美国小镇， 没有说将在何处首演（其实大概也就伦敦纽约选一个吧）， 纽约时报拿到了剧本， 透露剧情如下： The four-member cast includes a “man in mid- to late -40’s who is missing his left hand,” and “a black man and a white chick.” The man missing his left hand, needless to say, wants it back, and the couple, who try to scam him, end up getting tied to a radiator, a bomb threatening to go off if they move.
