"Forward Reggie Evans returned to the team from a three-day trip to Chicago
to attend the funeral of his girlfriend's mother. Evans, whether it was
intentional or not, did not inform team officials of his expected return
date, missing two games. And when he returned for Saturday's game against the
Los Angeles Clippers, he missed the game with "flu-like symptoms." When asked
if Evans' act was potentially a protest for his slashed playing time, Hill
said: "Maybe that was the case, I don't know. He was sick in L.A., said he
couldn't play. We'll see what happens (today)."
