We also need to focus on our pick-and-roll defense, and how we want to play it. We have two or three different ways we want to play it, so we really want to slow things down and work on that. Being in that situation over and over again is what you want. For Randy, it’s good to do it against a Kirk Hinrich. Last year Marcus Banks had to come in defending the pick-and-roll run by Speedy Claxton, and that’s a heck of a way to break in. MT : 让两位新人在对公牛的热身赛关键时刻留在场上有重要的帮助吗? He’s been a leader not only during practice, but in the summertime, getting all of the guys in here playing, and I think they’re in great shape because of that. He runs the floor, gets it done, talks on defense, and just gives everyone confidence, and that’s been extremely important. MT : 因为KG总是那麽关键，我们已经很少在谈他每天的表现怎样怎样。你能说说我们 的大门票表现的怎麽样吗? DC: We will look at different combinations once the regular season starts with Mike James, Randy Foye, Ricky Davis and maybe a smaller lineup. It’s a different mindset for veterans in the preseason, because they know it’s not for real, but you have to start getting those good habits down.
