标题[请益] Vista下该怎麽开起电子书.EXE档 (Webcompiler)

大大们好~
我目前使用笔记型电脑,系统为Vista Basic.
从朋友那找到了些电子书.
都是执行档.
可是怎麽样就是开不起来.
错误讯息为:
if this is the first webcompiler presentation to run on this system it must
be run for the first time with admin privileges, or it will fail with a
runrime error
subsequent runs do not require admin privileges
请大大们解谜~
