我的理解是：
有语言迟缓小孩在整体发展上也会较为缓慢，
该证据是来自於将有学习障碍的儿童的反应时间，
根据同领域的典型发展小孩的反应时间来作回归分析而得到的结果。
不知道这样翻译可以吗？
