标题[杂问] 契约英文的翻译

小弟在看契约英文的参考书时，试着翻译其中的例句
Seller may terminate this agreement...;provided however, that
any amount owed by Buyer under this Agreement must be paid
to Seller in accordance with this Agreement.
我是翻译成
卖方得中止契约...,唯契约中之欠款,买方应依契约支付给卖方。
其中款项部分,参考书上是:买方需依本契约之规定,支付卖方应支付之金额。
所以问题在於,为何是卖方应支付之金额?应该是买方吧...或是卖
方买方共同订的价钱吧?
