最近试着帮朋友翻译一份投资代理人相关的委托授权书，但是遇到瓶颈了~
因为本身不熟悉财经领域，还请高人指点。不胜感激~~~
原文:
You further undertake that this power of attorney shall be binding on you in
favour of any third party including RBS Coutts who has not received notice of
its revocation.
翻译:
另外，您亦须完整约束保证此委托书利於未收到作废通知之第三方，包括RBS Coutts。
问题:
1. binding on 在这里是指委托人本人应该要对委托书的内容有约束力吗?
2. in favour of 应该是等於in favor of吧，可是在这里的翻译也是"有利"的意思吗?
看了好久，实在无法推论正确的意思!真的好困扰啊~~~~
