For the tasting process, wines are 'flighted' into groups of eight to twelve
wines of the same category, wrapped in a bag (to ensure the tasting is blind)
and tagged. They are then chilled if necessary.

评监过程中，酒品依据相同的种类分成8到12组，并装入袋中(确保盲测)与贴上标签。
另外，酒品如有需要可冷藏。
请问整句有翻到英文所要表达的意思吗?
或是句子还可以再润饰呢?(请求指点)
另外,句中flighted into其实并不太清楚他的意思
所以不确定有没有把它实际意思翻出来....
